Sultana grapes from Turkey have a delicate and unique flavour, and are especially noted for their sweetness and golden colour. Taneks starts with its grape season in the Aegean region at the begining of August, and continues harvesting and exporting until the end of January.

From August through to mid-November, we harvest Sultanas grapes from the open fields. This is followed by grapes from tunnel farming until the end of the export season.

Our grapes are handled with special care. By harvesting and delivering to the packing plant early in the morning, we avoid exposure to the intense summer sun.

Carefully selected bunches are placed in plastic carry bags of approximately 1 kg each. Each box contains 5 carry bags.

After packing, the pre-cooling process takes place in 24 hours, after which loading is done into temperature controlled trucks.

The company’s packing and storage facility is in Manisa City in the Alaşehir region, close to Izmir.
